Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Project Coordinator position located in Indore. The Project Coordinator will oversee and coordinate telecom infrastructure projects, ensuring tasks are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. Responsibilities include managing project schedules and resources, coordinating with teams and contractors, monitoring project progress, addressing challenges, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards. This role requires excellent organizational and communication skills to streamline collaboration and ensure effective project execution.
Qualifications
- Strong project management skills, including planning, scheduling, and resource allocation
- Knowledge of telecommunications infrastructure, construction processes, and civil/electrical works
- Proficiency in communication, coordination, and stakeholder management
- Problem-solving and decision-making capabilities to handle project challenges
- Proficiency in relevant software tools for project tracking and reporting
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, telecommunications, project management, or a related field
- Prior experience in telecom infrastructure projects is preferred
- Knowledge of safety and compliance standards in the telecommunications industry is a plus
