Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Project Coordinator role based in Indore. The Project Coordinator will oversee and manage telecom infrastructure projects, ensuring efficient planning, execution, TLVA, THC and timely completion. This includes coordinating between teams, tracking project progress, supervising on-site activities, and reporting on project updates. Additionally, the role requires ensuring compliance with project specifications and safety regulations, while addressing challenges that arise during the execution of projects.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field (B.Tech). Previous experience in telecom infrastructure projects is a plus.
- Project management skills, including task scheduling, resource allocation, and progress monitoring.
- Technical knowledge of civil engineering and electrical systems in the context of infrastructure projects.
- Strong communication, coordination, and team management abilities to ensure seamless collaboration across project teams.
- Proficiency in using project management tools and software; familiarity with AutoCAD or other design tools is advantageous.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to on-site challenges effectively.
- Ability to work on-site in Indore and manage physical aspects of project execution.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance practices in infrastructure projects.
