3. Role Overview
We are seeking a Project Coordinator with foundational experience in project management and exposure to structured methodologies such as PMP and Agile. The ideal candidate will support project planning, execution, tracking, and compliance within a regulated medical/healthcare environment.
4. Key Responsibilities
- Assist in project planning (Using MPP), scheduling, and execution
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery
- Track project progress, risks, and dependencies
- Maintain project documentation and reports
- Support stakeholder communication and alignment
- Ensure adherence to quality and regulatory standards
- Contribute to continuous improvement using Agile practices
5. Required Skills & Knowledge
- Strong understanding of Project Management principles (PMP knowledge areas):
- Scope, Schedule, Cost, Quality, Risk, Communication, Procurement, Stakeholder, Integration, Resource
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban)
- Knowledge of medical industry standards and compliance
- Understanding of quality management systems such as:
- International Organization for Standardization (ISO)
- ISO 13485 (Medical Devices Quality Management) preferred
- Good analytical, coordination, and communication skills
6. Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (Engineering / Management preferred)
- 1+ year experience in project management or coordination role
- PMP certification (preferred, not mandatory)
- Agile certification (Scrum, etc.) is a plus
7. Additional Requirements
- Ability to work on-site in Chakan (Pune region)
- Strong documentation and reporting skills
- Proficiency in tools like MS Project, Excel, or similar
