Manage end-to-end EUC projects (rollout, migration, transformation) Plan scope, timelines, and ensure delivery within SLA/budget Oversee endpoint deployment via SCCM, Intune, Autopilot Manage Windows OS, patching, and application deployment Administer Microsoft 365 and Active Directory Handle incidents, change management, and RCA Coordinate with stakeholders, vendors, and teams Ensure endpoint security and compliance Lead L2/L3 teams and manage escalations.
