We Are Hiring 'Project Coordinator' (Cold Room Projects)
Location: PAN India (Base Location: Rabale, Navi Mumbai)
Joining: Within 15 to 30 Days
Experience: 2 to 6 Years
Contract - 6months - 1 Year (extendable)
Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and highly organized Project Coordinator to manage end-to-end execution of cold room projects across India. The role involves close coordination with sales, engineering, procurement, vendors, and site teams to ensure timely, cost-effective, and high-quality project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate execution of cold room installation projects across multiple locations in India
Act as the central point of contact between sales, engineering, procurement, and site teams
Track project timelines, milestones, and deliverables to ensure on-time completion
Monitor project costs and assist in budget tracking and control
Coordinate with vendors and contractors for smooth execution
Ensure adherence to quality standards and safety guidelines
Prepare project reports, updates, and documentation
Required Qualification
BE / B.Tech in Mechanical / Electrical / Refrigeration
Skills Requirements
2 to 6 years of experience in HVAC / Cold Chain / Infrastructure Projects
Strong knowledge of project coordination and execution
Proficiency in MS Excel, project tracking tools, and reporting
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to manage multiple projects across locations
Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
Preferred Candidate Profile
Experience in cold room / refrigeration projects will be an advantage
Willingness to travel across India
Immediate or early joiners preferred
