Job Title: Project Coordinator
Location: Vadodara, Gujarat
Experience: Fresher (English is must)
Qualification: BE- IC/EC/EE
Servilink Systems Limited is hiring a Project Coordinator, Process Automation, to manage the end-to-end execution of automation projects. The role involves project planning, scheduling, budgeting, execution, risk management, and successful project handover while ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Take work for assigned projects, including scope management, planning, execution, monitoring, control, and handover (Training Provided)
- Prepare project schedules, budgets, and monitor milestones and costs
- Coordinate resource allocation and manage internal & external stakeholders
- Maintain regular communication with customers, vendors, and contractors
- Provide timely project status reports to management and customers
- Support technical discussions (PLC/SCADA) and solution finalisation along with Sales / Key Account Managers, FAT planning
- Ensure successful project closure and customer satisfaction
Technical Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of DCS, PLC, and Process Automation systems
- Ability to handle complex automation projects independently
Skill Requirements:
- Excellent verbal and written communication- English Only
- Strong planning, organising, and scheduling skills
- Project coordination abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
