📌 Position: Project Coordinator Intern

🔹 What You’ll Do:
• Assist in planning and coordinating ongoing projects
• Track tasks, timelines, deliverables, and deadlines
• Coordinate with internal teams and stakeholders for task updates
• Maintain project trackers, reports, documentation, and status updates
• Schedule project meetings and prepare agendas & Minutes of Meeting (MOM)
• Help identify project delays, dependencies, and potential risks
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely task completion
• Update project management tools and maintain accurate records
• Prepare daily/weekly project progress reports
• Support project teams with operational and administrative activities
🎯 What We’re Looking For:
🎓 Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Operations, or a related field
💡 Strong organizational & time-management skills
🗣️ Good verbal and written communication
🤝 Ability to coordinate with multiple teams and stakeholders
📊 Basic understanding of project management concepts & project lifecycle
💻 Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint & Google Workspace
🔍 Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
👥 Ability to work independently and collaboratively
