Project Coordinator – ComeAI Pilot (Andhra Pradesh)
About ComeAI:
ComeAI (Community Empowerment through AI) is a trust‑based, inclusive, and technology‑enabled risk‑management model developed by Prism Institute (Canada). Based on Professor Christopher Hodges’ Outcome Based Cooperation (OBC) framework, ComeAI helps at‑risk communities identify, prioritize, and co‑manage risks to their collective well‑being.
Prism Institute will be working in partnership with APCOB and the Department of Cooperation to implement the ComeAI pilots to support PACs–FPOs in becoming sustainable development and risk‑management hubs, strengthening local resilience and promoting long‑term social and financial sustainability.
Prism Institute (Canada) is seeking a Project Coordinator on contract to support the implementation of the ComeAI pilot across PACs–FPOs in Chittoor & Parvathipuram Manyam districts of Andhra Pradesh. Anyone with a passion for and an interest in sustainable development with a focus on community empowerment are strongly encouraged.
What you’ll do:
· Coordinate on-ground activities and community engagement
· Facilitate training and support digital onboarding for the ComeAI model
· Liaise with PACs/FPOs and local partners
· Maintain field reports, documentation, and project monitoring
What we’re looking for:
✔ 2–5 years’ experience working with governments, non-profits, and/or cooperatives
✔ Strong communication skills in Telugu & English
✔ Experience in facilitation, stakeholder engagement, and field coordination
✔ Background in Social Work, Rural Development, Agriculture, Economics, Public Policy, or related areas
