Role OverviewWe are seeking a proactive and organized Project Coordinator to support the planning and execution of client assignments and internal projects. The role requires strong multitasking abilities, coordination skills, and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate project activities from planning to execution
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of assignments
- Track project timelines, deliverables, and follow-ups
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and project documentation
- Support event coordination and on-ground execution when required
- Communicate with stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals
- Identify and resolve coordination issues to maintain workflow efficiency
Required Skills & Qualifications- Bachelor’s degree in Management, Mass Communication, or related field
- 1–3 years of experience in project coordination, operations, or similar role
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Good communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace
