Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Project Coordinator role based in Kochi. The Project Coordinator will be responsible for managing project timelines, coordinating team efforts, and ensuring the seamless execution of animation and VFX projects. Key responsibilities include scheduling tasks, communicating with clients and team members, overseeing deadlines, and ensuring resource allocation is efficient for delivering high-quality outputs. The role requires collaboration with internal teams, clients, and stakeholders to ensure projects are completed on time and meet expectations.
Qualifications
- Project management and organizational skills in coordinating complex workflows and meeting deadlines.
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities for interacting with internal teams, clients, and stakeholders effectively.
- Basic understanding of VFX and animation pipelines, tools, and processes is a plus.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software; familiarity with tools like Microsoft Office and Trello is advantageous.
- Problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to adapt to changing project requirements.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a dynamic, creative environment.
- Previous experience in coordination, preferably in the animation or visual effects industry, is highly desirable.
- Relevant education or certifications in project management, media production, or a related field are preferred.
