About the Role:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Project Coordinator who has worked closely with product teams and managed product-driven projects. The ideal candidate must have at least 2+ years of experience in project coordination and hands-on exposure to product management or product lifecycle processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate end-to-end product-related projects
- Work closely with Development, QA, Sales, and Implementation teams
- Track timelines, milestones, and deliverables to ensure on-time execution
- Maintain project documentation, reports, and task tracking systems
- Identify risks, follow up on dependencies, and remove blockers
- Communicate project progress clearly to stakeholders
Requirements:
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in project coordination
- Experience working on or managing product-based projects
- Strong understanding of product development lifecycle
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience in SaaS or technology-driven products is preferred
