Role Description
- Be the primary point of contact for clients — understand their requirements, expectations, and timelines.
- Coordinate with our internal design team to ensure timely and quality delivery of creative assets.
- Translate client briefs into actionable tasks for designers.
- Manage feedback loops and revisions with both clarity and efficiency.
- Maintain strong, long-term client relationships through proactive communication and problem-solving.
Essentials
- 1–3 years of experience in client servicing, project coordination, or account management (preferably in a creative or agency setup).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- A basic understanding of creative processes (bonus if you’re familiar with design terms and tools).
