Role Description
This full-time, on-site Project Coordinator role is based in Vijayawada. The Project Coordinator will manage project activities, ensure timely implementation of project deliverables, and coordinate with stakeholders, including partners and government officials. Responsibilities include monitoring and evaluating project progress, preparing reports, managing budgets, and organizing workshops or events. The Project Coordinator will play a key role in fostering community engagement and ensuring the success of initiatives in alignment with MAMTA’s mission.
📍 Location: Vijayawada
💰 Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹35,000/month
🧑💼 Experience: 3–4 years
🎓 Qualifications: BA / MA / MPH / BPH / MSW / Any other Post Graduation
🗣️ Language Requirement: Telugu, Hindi, and English
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee the daily upkeep of the clinic and manage all operational requirements
• Ensure daily data management – timely and accurate updates on the portal/software
• Handle financial management – track monthly expenses and maintain proper bills/records
• Lead mobilization efforts – coordinate with transport offices and stakeholders to expand reach and visibility
• Organize medical camps and plan daily outreach activities in advance
• Ensure smooth overall operations of the clinic
