We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our team and help us continue to grow.
Key Responsibilities:
· Oversee the entire project lifecycle, from initial site inspection to final handover.
· Develop detailed project plans, including schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
· Manage and coordinate all aspects of the project, including site inspection, planning, and scheduling.
· Lead and coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure all deliverables are met.
· Facilitate effective communication between all stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and designers.
· Oversee the creation and management of all project documentation, including quantity estimations, BOQs, and reporting.
· Ensure all health, safety, and quality standards are met throughout the project.
· Manage client billing and coordination, as well as vendor billing and coordination.
· Conduct testing and commissioning to ensure all systems function correctly.
· Oversee project handover documentation and ensure all necessary records are completed.
· Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
· Proven experience in project management, specifically within the interior fit-out or construction industry.
· Excellent organizational and time management skills.
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage client relationships effectively.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software.
