We are looking for skilled professionals who are eager to transition into a Project Coordinator role!

ICore Software Technologies is looking for a highly organized and proactive Project Coordinator to manage and streamline project activities across development teams. The ideal candidate should have strong coordination skills, technical understanding, and experience handling multiple IT projects simultaneously.
🔹 Role & Responsibilities:
- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for smooth project execution
- Assist in defining project scope, goals, timelines, and deliverables
- Prepare project plans, schedules, and status reports
- Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery
- Conduct daily/weekly stand-up meetings with developers and stakeholders
- Track project risks, issues, and dependencies
- Ensure proper documentation and reporting
- Communicate effectively with clients regarding updates and clarifications
- Support resource allocation and workload management
🔹 Required Skills:
- 2+ years of experience as Project Coordinator in IT/Software projects
- Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies
- Experience working with developers (PHP, Mobile Apps, ERP, etc.)
- Proficiency in project management tools (Jira, Trello, ClickUp, or similar)
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong documentation and reporting skills
- Basic technical understanding of web and mobile technologies
