About this Position The role would support innovation services managing coordination of MOC projects, collaborating with global cross functional teams while helping drive business growth, profitability, and resilience. A key dimension of this role is strong collaboration with internal innovation and cross-functional teams across the globe, strengthening SBU partnerships through project coordination and deliver customer-centric services with speed, quality and consistency.
What You´ll Do
- Work closely with global cross-functional stakeholders, ensuring alignment on goals, timelines and deliverables.
- Plan and coordinate meetings schedules and steering, project meetings, setting timelines, tracking agendas, collecting documentation, preparing meeting minutes, monitoring project status, and driving project delivery
- Deliver projects on time and provide proactive, regular, and appropriate communication on status of projects to stakeholders
- Support establishing project coordination services and expansion collaborative relationships with global teams
- Support continuous improvement by developing, maintaining operational metrics
- Utilize project and portfolio management tools (e.g., MS Project, SharePoint, Power BI) to maintain visibility and enable informed decision-making
- Ensures compliance with Henkel corporate safety, health and environmental and quality standards, policies, and procedures at workplace
What makes you a good fit
- Bachelors/Masters degree in Business, Engineering or Science
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in R&D, quality, production and technical services, project management experience is highly preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills including documentation
- Strong planning, organization, time management, follow-up, and coordination skills with high attention to detail
- Professional certifications is project management is highly desirable
- Data driven with strong analytical skills and experience in MS office (excel, power point skills), MS teams, Power BI and SharePoint
- Driven, responsive, result-oriented with ability to manage multiple priorities in efficient ways
