Job Summary
- Coordinate & work on planning, development, implementation, delivery and tracking of multiple projects for clients at Floatbot. Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet client expectations. Collaborate with project team, client, and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop project plans and timelines
- Track project progress and milestones
- Coordinate project resources
- Communicate with clients
- Identify and resolve project issues and risks
- Develop and maintain project documentation
- Manage project scope
- Facilitate regular project meetings
- Knowledge of APIs, frontend/backend basics
- Bot Development & Delivery
Requirements
- PMI Certification (Preferred)
- Bachelor's degree in relevant field
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge about project management tools
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
