Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Project Coordinator role, based in South Delhi. The Project Coordinator will oversee and manage healthcare education programs, ensuring timely execution of projects and coordination between cross-functional teams. Responsibilities include helping develop courses, monitoring project timelines, preparing reports, organizing educational events, and liaising with stakeholders and partners. The role also involves fostering communication across departments to streamline processes and ensure operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Strong organizational and project management skills for planning, coordination, and implementation of tasks
- Effective communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills to collaborate with diverse stakeholders
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools
- Problem-solving and decision-making abilities for addressing challenges and ensuring consistent progress
- Attention to detail and an aptitude for handling multiple tasks simultaneously
- Experience in education management or within the healthcare sector is an advantage
- Bachelor's degree in project management, healthcare management, or a related field is required
- Fluency in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus
