Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role based in Gurugram for a Project Coordinator. The Project Coordinator will manage project timelines, coordinate with teams and stakeholders, track progress, prepare reports, and ensure project tasks are completed efficiently. Responsibilities also include facilitating communication, maintaining project documentation, and supporting project managers in problem-solving and execution strategies.
Qualifications
- Project Management skills, including task prioritization, scheduling, and timeline management
- Team Coordination and Stakeholder Communication skills
- Proficiency in documentation tools, report preparation, and progress monitoring
- Ability to resolve challenges and adapt to evolving project requirements
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proven experience in infrastructure or construction projects is a plus
- Educational background in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field preferred
