Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Project Coordinator role based in Manesar. The Project Coordinator will oversee project timelines, resources, and deliverables, ensuring effective communication between teams and stakeholders. Key responsibilities include tracking project progress, managing documentation, coordinating with vendors and team members, facilitating meetings, and addressing project challenges to ensure timely delivery of solutions. The role also involves maintaining quality standards and ensuring client satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Project management skills, including task delegation and progress tracking
- Familiarity with IT infrastructure projects such as Network Security, Cloud Migration, and Datacenter solutions
- Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills to work with teams and stakeholders
- Proficiency in tools for scheduling, reporting, and project documentation
- Problem-solving abilities and the capability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Project Management, or a related field
- Project management certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) are a plus
- Prior experience in managing IT-related or technology projects is desirable
