Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Project Coordinator, based in Chennai. The Project Coordinator will be responsible for managing project timelines, coordinating with stakeholders, and ensuring that projects are executed according to plan. Daily responsibilities include resource allocation, scheduling, monitoring project progress, and communicating updates to the team and clients. The role involves supporting the execution of turnkey interior contracting projects, ensuring quality compliance, and addressing client requirements efficiently.
Qualifications
- Project Management skills, including scheduling, resource allocation, and progress tracking
- Client Communication and Team Collaboration skills to ensure stakeholder alignment and smooth operations
- Problem-Solving and Decision-Making abilities to handle challenges effectively
- Attention to Detail and Organizational Skills for managing multiple tasks and adhering to deadlines
- Proficiency in relevant project management tools and software is preferred
- Knowledge of the interior contracting industry or similar domains is an advantage
- Bachelor's degree in project management, engineering, architecture, or related field
