Role Overview
We are hiring a Project Coordinator – Udaan Operations to manage rider operations and ensure smooth execution of last‑mile deliveries across dark stores and partner stores. This role is critical to our success and requires strong organizational skills, problem‑solving ability, and a passion for operational excellence.
You will act as the primary point of contact for riders, monitor performance, manage payouts and RTOs, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage Rider Operations: Oversee daily rider activities, ensuring timely pickups and successful deliveries.
- Monitor Performance: Track SLAs, attendance, and productivity using dashboards.
- Resolve Issues: Serve as the primary contact for riders, resolving operational challenges quickly.
- Handle Payouts & RTOs: Verify rider payouts, manage RTO orders, and ensure proper documentation.
- Prepare Reports: Publish daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.
- Engage Riders: Categorize riders based on performance and run engagement campaigns to boost retention.
- Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with internal teams, dark stores, and partner stores for seamless execution.
- Escalate Issues: Identify and escalate critical operational challenges, ensuring timely resolutions.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Order pickup and delivery success rate
- Rider attendance and retention
- RTO handling accuracy
- Payout accuracy and timeliness
- SLA compliance and operational efficiency
- Rider engagement campaign effectiveness
Required Skills
- Experience in last-mile delivery, rider or fleet operations
- Strong knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets for reporting and analytics
- Ability to work with operational dashboards and interpret data
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
