Job Description
AUKLR Technologies is looking for a highly organized and proactive Project Coordinator to support the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple engineering and business projects. The ideal candidate should have strong coordination skills and be comfortable working with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced technology environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate project activities across Engineering, Procurement, Production, Sales, and Management teams.
- Track project timelines, milestones, deliverables, and dependencies.
- Organize project meetings and prepare MOMs (Minutes of Meeting).
- Monitor project progress and report status to management.
- Identify project risks and escalate issues when required.
- Coordinate with customers and internal stakeholders to ensure timely execution.
- Maintain project documentation and reports.
- Support successful project execution from planning through delivery.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Project Coordination or Project Management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and project tracking tools.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in Automotive, EV, Embedded Systems, Electronics, or Manufacturing industries.
- Familiarity with project management methodologies.
- Knowledge of ERP systems is an advantage.
- Understanding of product development lifecycle.
