About The Role
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented
Project Coordinator to join our dynamic IT team. This opportunity is ideal for individuals who are organized, proactive, and eager to gain hands-on experience in project coordination, team collaboration, and IT project execution in a fast-paced work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in planning, scheduling, and tracking project activities to ensure smooth execution.
- Coordinate between Development, QA, Design, and Business teams for effective communication and task completion.
- Maintain and update project trackers using tools such as Excel, Jira, Trello, or similar platforms.
- Prepare and share daily, weekly, and monthly project status reports.
- Document meeting minutes (MoM) and follow up on action items with relevant stakeholders.
- Track project timelines, deadlines, dependencies, and potential risks.
- Support Project Managers in ensuring timely completion and delivery of project milestones.
- Communicate project updates and progress across internal teams and stakeholders.
- Assist in organizing and coordinating Sprint Planning, Sprint Reviews, and project meetings.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (completed) in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic understanding of Project Management methodologies (Agile/Scrum preferred).
- Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Trello, Excel, Google Sheets, or similar platforms.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
