Role Description The Project Coordinator/Assistant Manager – Retail Fit Out & Facilities is a full-time, on-site role based in Saket. This role oversees retail store fit-outs, refurbishments, and facilities upkeep, ensuring that outlets meet brand standards, safety requirements, and operational needs. Day-to-day responsibilities include coordinating with contractors and vendors, tracking project timelines and budgets, supervising installation and maintenance activities, and preparing regular status reports. The role also involves managing facility-related service requests, ensuring timely resolution of issues, and supporting store teams with layout optimization, signage, and visual standards. The Project Coordinator/Assistant Manager will collaborate closely with operations, retail, and design teams to deliver functional and visually appealing store environments.
Working Days : Monday - Saturday
Working Hours: 11am-8pm
Qualifications
- Experience in project coordination or assistant management for retail fit-outs, interiors, or facilities, preferably within fashion or lifestyle brands.
- Knowledge of basic construction, store infrastructure, and facility management processes, including vendor management and site supervision.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects, track progress, and meet deadlines.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills for working with internal teams, contractors, landlords, and service providers.
- Proficiency with MS Office or similar tools for documentation, reporting, scheduling, and budget tracking.
- Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail, quality standards, and safety compliance in retail environments.
- Ability to work on-site in Saket, conduct regular store visits, and adapt to a fast-paced, customer-focused retail setting.
- Relevant education in project management, facilities management, architecture, interior design, or a related field is a plus.
