Role Description
The Production Coordinator ensures smooth execution of animation projects by coordinating among departments, students, and expert trainers, while managing tasks efficiently with strong organizational and workflow knowledge.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate day-to-day production activities across departments, trainers, and student teams.
- Support project planning, scheduling, and tracking to ensure timely delivery of assignments.
- Communicate effectively with all stakeholders to streamline workflows and resolve operational challenges.
- Monitor progress against production plans and escalate issues or delays as needed.
- Troubleshoot production issues, recommend solutions, and adapt to changes in project requirements.
- Maintain production documentation, reports, and records for internal review.
- Ensure all production activities are executed according to defined processes and quality standards.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Background in Animation or related creative field.
- Prior experience in production coordination or a similar role.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and time-management skills.
- Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in production tools, scheduling, and reporting systems (preferred).
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Animation, Media Production, or related discipline.
- Minimum 1–3 years of relevant experience preferred.
