Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Project Coordinator located in Ahmedabad. The Project Coordinator will be responsible for planning, organizing, and overseeing Shopify project workflows, ensuring seamless communication between teams, allocating resources effectively, and ensuring timely delivery of tasks. Collaborating closely with clients, developers, and designers, the coordinator will manage client expectations, provide project updates, and monitor progress against timelines.

Qualifications

• Strong experience (2-3 years) in managing Shopify projects, including handling diverse project requirements and ensuring successful delivery
• Proficiency in project management tools, scheduling, and resource allocation
• Strong organizational and documentation skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Effective communication skills for maintaining strong client and team relationships
• Analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to address project-related challenges
• Understanding of eCommerce platforms and related technologies is highly preferred
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Information Technology, or a related field
