Role Description
Lucent Innovation is seeking a Project Coordinator with 1-3 years of experience for a full-time, on-site role at our Ahmedabad office. The Project Coordinator will oversee project schedules, track progress, and ensure timely delivery of projects. Responsibilities include coordinating with team members, managing communication between stakeholders, preparing documentation, and resolving day-to-day project challenges. This role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure projects meet quality and performance standards while aligning with client expectations.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in project planning, coordination, and scheduling
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration with internal teams and stakeholders
- Attention to detail to ensure quality and accuracy in project deliverables
- Experience with project management tools and related software is preferred
- Ability to multitask and prioritize work in a fast-paced environment
- 1-3 years of experience in project coordination or related roles
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field preferred
- Familiarity with Agile methodology and software development lifecycle is a plus
- Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to challenges
