Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Project Coordinator with 2–4 years of experience in Software Implementation to support the successful execution of enterprise technology projects. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in implementing CRM, SaaS, ERP, or Enterprise Applications, along with a strong understanding of project coordination, stakeholder management, UAT, vendor collaboration, and software deployment processes. This role requires someone with a solid software implementation background who can effectively coordinate between business teams, technical teams, and external implementation partners to ensure smooth project delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate end-to-end software implementation projects, ensuring timely execution and delivery.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders, technical teams, and external vendors/implementation partners for seamless project coordination.
- Assist in requirement gathering, business discussions, solution alignment, and project planning activities.
- Track project milestones, deliverables, dependencies, and timelines to ensure project progress.
- Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities, issue tracking, defect resolution, and sign-offs.
- Maintain project documentation including MOMs, project plans, trackers, action logs, status reports, and risk registers.
- Support go-live planning, deployment coordination, hypercare support, and post-implementation handover.
- Facilitate communication between cross-functional teams to ensure project alignment and timely decision-making.
- Ensure implementation activities are completed within defined timelines and quality expectations.
Required Skills & Experience
- 2 – 4 years of hands-on experience in Software Implementation / IT Project Coordination / Application Deployment.
- Strong experience working on CRM, SaaS Platforms, ERP Systems, or Enterprise Application Implementations.
- Good understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), software implementation lifecycle, and project management processes.
- Experience in UAT coordination, issue management, requirement documentation, and implementation support.
- Exposure to working with vendors, implementation partners, business users, and technical teams.
- Hands-on experience with project tracking and collaboration tools such as Azure, Jira, Excel, Trello, Asana, or similar.
- Strong communication, coordination, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced implementation environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering / Information Technology / Computer Science / MCA or related field
- Certification in Project Management / Agile / Scrum will be an added advantage
