Role OverviewWe are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive professional to manage end-to-end coordination between clients, designers, suppliers, and internal teams. This role focuses on finishes selection, technical coordination, procurement, and order management—without any direct sales responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities- Independently manage finishes selection in coordination with designers/clients, based on inputs from the sales team
- Coordinate with suppliers for preparation of drawings, and review them for accuracy before submission
- Obtain client confirmations on specifications and drawings
- Ensure proper sign-offs on drawings and finishes, along with thorough documentation for both clients and suppliers
- Handle local and international procurement, following supplier-specific coding systems
- Place orders with manufacturers and verify invoices (both technical and commercial aspects)
- Track and manage orders from dispatch through final delivery at client site
- Coordinate with execution team for handover documentation
- Follow up with clients for payments and closures
Key Requirements- 1–3 years of experience in interiors, furniture, or architectural coordination roles
- Strong understanding of materials, finishes, and product specifications
- Experience in vendor coordination and procurement (local + international)
- Ability to read and review technical drawings
- Excellent documentation and communication skills
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Proficiency in Excel and basic project tracking tools
What This Role Is NOT- This is not a sales role
- No direct revenue generation or client acquisition responsibilities
Ideal Candidate Profile- Background in interior design / architecture / product coordination
- Someone who is process-driven, organized, and client-facing when needed
- Comfortable working with high-end/custom furniture and finishes
