Position: Project Coordinator – Data Annotation
Location: Noida

About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Project Coordinator – Data Annotation to manage and coordinate AI data annotation projects across multiple domains. The role involves overseeing annotation workflows, ensuring data quality, managing project timelines, and coordinating with internal teams, annotators, and clients.
The ideal candidate should have strong operational coordination skills, an understanding of annotation processes, and the ability to manage large-scale AI/ML data projects in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
1. Project Coordination & Execution
- Coordinate end-to-end execution of data annotation projects
- Manage project timelines, deliverables, and operational workflows
- Track project progress and ensure milestone completion
- Handle multiple annotation projects simultaneously
- Ensure smooth communication between internal teams and stakeholders
2. Annotation Operations Management
- Oversee image, video, text, audio, LiDAR, or NLP annotation workflows
- Ensure annotation quality, consistency, and guideline adherence
- Coordinate with QA teams to maintain high accuracy standards
- Monitor productivity, turnaround time (TAT), and SLA compliance
- Resolve operational bottlenecks and workflow challenges
3. Team Coordination
- Coordinate with annotators, QA specialists, and project teams
- Support onboarding and training of annotation resources
- Allocate tasks and monitor workforce productivity
- Conduct regular follow-ups to ensure delivery efficiency
4. Client & Stakeholder Communication
- Act as a coordination point between clients and internal teams
- Understand client requirements and translate them into execution plans
- Share project updates, reports, and delivery status regularly
- Handle escalations and ensure timely issue resolution
5. Reporting & Documentation
- Maintain project trackers, dashboards, SOPs, and operational reports
- Prepare daily/weekly progress reports and productivity metrics
- Track quality scores, delivery timelines, and project risks
- Ensure proper documentation of workflows and processes
6. Process Improvement & Quality Enhancement
- Identify gaps in annotation workflows and suggest improvements
- Support process optimization and automation initiatives
- Implement best practices to improve efficiency and scalability
- Contribute to continuous quality improvement strategies
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Operations, Management, Engineering, or related field
- 2–5 years of experience in Project Coordination, Annotation Operations, or AI Data Services
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience handling operational teams and delivery tracking
- Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, Jira, Asana, or similar tools
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in Data Annotation, AI/ML Operations, or Computer Vision projects
- Familiarity with annotation tools and QA workflows
- Exposure to image, video, NLP, or LiDAR annotation projects
- Experience working in startup or high-growth operational environments
- Knowledge of AI training data lifecycle and quality standards
