Job Description – MIS & Project Coordination Executive (Renewable Energy / EPC)Position: MIS & Project Coordination Executive
Industry: Renewable Energy / Solar / Wind / EPC
Experience: 2–5 Years (Preferred)
Location: As per Project Requirement
Job Summary:We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented MIS & Project Coordination Executive to manage project data, prepare reports, coordinate with multiple sites, track project progress, prepare MOM (Minutes of Meeting), and ensure smooth communication between internal teams, vendors, and management.
Key Responsibilities:✅ Collect and maintain daily/weekly project data from multiple project sites.
✅ Prepare and manage MIS reports, project status reports, dashboards, and progress tracking sheets.
✅ Prepare MOM (Minutes of Meeting) and maintain action trackers for timely closure.
✅ Coordinate with site teams, project managers, procurement, quality, execution, and management teams for smooth project execution.
✅ Track project schedules, milestones, and work progress to ensure timely completion.
✅ Follow up with internal departments and site teams for pending activities and updates.
✅ Prepare project documentation, presentations, and management reports.
✅ Monitor manpower deployment, material status, and execution progress.
✅ Maintain proper records of project data, correspondence, and reports.
✅ Support planning and scheduling activities for ongoing projects.
Required Skills:- Strong knowledge of MS Excel, MIS Reporting, and Data Management
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Experience in MOM preparation and project tracking
- Knowledge of project scheduling and reporting
- Ability to manage multiple project sites and deadlines
- Good command of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Preferred Industry Experience:- Renewable Energy / Solar / Wind / EPC Projects
- Multi-site project coordination experience preferred
Qualification:Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Engineering, Management, or relevant field.
Experience:Minimum 2–5 years of experience in MIS, Project Coordination, or EPC project management preferred.
