Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Project Coordinator role based in Delhi. The Project Coordinator will support end-to-end project execution, including planning timelines, organizing resources, and maintaining project documentation. The role involves coordinating meetings, preparing status reports, tracking milestones, and ensuring that tasks are completed on schedule and within scope. The Project Coordinator will work closely with cross-functional teams such as technical, operations, and sales to align project activities with business goals. Additional responsibilities include managing communication with internal stakeholders, identifying potential risks or delays, and supporting continuous improvement of project processes.
Qualifications
- Strong project coordination skills, including scheduling, task tracking, and documentation.
- Ability to communicate clearly with cross-functional teams and stakeholders, both verbally and in writing.
- Proficiency with common productivity and project tools (e.g., MS Office, spreadsheets, project management software).
- Organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail and accuracy in reporting and documentation.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Ability to work collaboratively on-site in Delhi and build productive working relationships across teams.
