Position: Project Controls Manager – Primavera P6
Location: Vadodara, India

Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Project Controls Manager with strong expertise in Primavera P6 to lead planning, scheduling, and performance management across construction projects.
This role focuses on integrated project controls including time, cost, resource, and performance reporting. The position involves both project delivery and client-facing consulting engagements.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain cost- and resource-loaded baseline schedules in Primavera P6
• Define WBS, activity logic, dependencies, and milestones
• Perform critical path, float, and constraint analysis
• Prepare and manage look-ahead schedules
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and cost variance tracking
• Integrate schedule, progress, and cost data
• Identify delays, risks, and recommend corrective actions
• Prepare weekly/monthly reports, KPIs, and dashboards
• Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and vendors
• Improve project controls systems and reporting frameworks
Required Skills & Experience:
• 4–8 years of experience in project controls, planning, or scheduling
• Strong Primavera P6 experience
• Understanding of construction methodologies
• Experience in reporting and forecasting
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Preferred Experience:
• Exposure to cost control, earned value, or delay analysis
• Experience with international projects (Australia/US preferred)
• Experience with dashboards (Excel, Power BI)
