We are looking for an experienced Project Consultant – Herbal & Botanical Products to support the setup and development of our upcoming manufacturing unit.
The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of:
Herbal botanicals
Nutraceutical/raw herbal ingredient processing
Agro commodity products
Extraction & processing methods
R&D and product development
Manufacturing setup and process guidance
Products like-
Ashwagandha
Turmeric
Moringa
Chicory
And other herbal/botanical products
Role Responsibilities
Guide us in setting up the processing and manufacturing workflow
Support product development and R&D activities
Advise on raw material selection and quality parameters
Help design SOPs and processing methods
Assist in vendor/machinery recommendations
Support compliance and documentation related to herbal products
Preferred Candidate Profile
Experience in herbal, botanical, nutraceutical, or agro-processing industries
Knowledge of extraction, drying, grinding, blending, and formulation processes
Experience in setting up manufacturing or pilot plants is preferred
Strong practical understanding of herbal raw materials and quality standards
Qualifications
- Expertise in Herbal Product Development, Nutraceuticals, and Botanical product formulations
- Understanding of Regulatory Compliance, including WHO-GMP standards and FSSAI requirements
- Proficiency in Project Management, Market Analysis, and Strategic Planning
- Strong Communication, Networking, and Client Relationship Management skills
- Experience in documentation, report preparation, and process optimization
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Pharmaceutical Science, Biotechnology, or related fields
- Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with documentation tools
- Prior work experience in Herbal or Pharmaceutical industries is a plus
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team and adapt to a dynamic environment
