Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Project Consultant based in Kochi. The Project Consultant will oversee ERP project implementations, engage with clients to understand their requirements, and design tailored solutions using ERPNext. Responsibilities also include coordinating with development teams, ensuring project timelines are met, conducting user training, and providing post-implementation support.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of ERP systems, including ERPNext implementation and customization
- Project management and coordination skills to manage timelines, goals, and deliverables
- Excellent client communication and interpersonal skills to understand business needs
- Problem-solving, analytical thinking, and time management capabilities
- Technical proficiency in ERP modules and ability to manage system integrations
- Experience in the manufacturing, retail, or healthcare industries is highly valued
- Educational qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, IT, or a related field
- Additional certifications in ERP-related modules or project management (e.g., PMP) are a plus
