Job Description
Coordinate with the Client’s appointed MEP design consultant, Contractors and
vendors to facilitate the smooth and timely execution of the works.
- Monitor the performance of Consultant, Technical site supervisor and Contractor in
the performance of their duties and discharge of their responsibility.
- Preparation of Material Inspection report.
- Convene and chair all principal Meeting and recording.
- Monitor the project with respect to BOQ, Design Approval, NT items, Variation report.
- Monitor the Project progress as per the schedule and preparation of the mitigation
plan for the delayed schedule works.
- Preparing the schedule for the Testing and Commissioning schedule for all the MEP
assets.
