Job Description
Roles & Responsibility
- Handling Execution of HVAC Works which includes Ventilation, AHU, BMS, VAV, Ducting & Piping works.
- Execution of Plumbing & firefighting sprinkler, hydrant system and Pump room & Symphonic system.
- Installation, testing & commission of Power transformers, HT & LT panels.
- Billing of all MEP Works.
- Executed, Attended and Resolved specific site problems via daily team meetings and discussions as required to minimize program delays.
- Prepared, checked and reconciled the measurement bills of MEP contractors as well as direct monitoring and control of their activities.
