Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Project Coordinator role based in Coimbatore. The Project Coordinator will manage project schedules, coordinate with various teams, and ensure timely project delivery. The role involves maintaining project documentation, addressing operational challenges, and liaising between stakeholders and team members to ensure clear communication and efficient execution of project objectives.
Qualifications
- Project management skills, including scheduling, time management, and resource allocation
- Excellent communication and coordination skills to interact with stakeholders and team members
- Proficiency in documentation, reporting, and using project management tools
- Basic understanding of solar energy projects or experience in the renewable energy sector is a plus
- Ability to solve problems and manage operational challenges effectively
- Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, project management, or a related field
- Previous project coordination experience is preferred but not mandatory
