EMERGY was founded in June 2016. We have a team of 60+ competent employees from different NITs and IITs. We have also completed around 300 implementations of our IP nature based products in Water & Wastewater domain.

About the Role:
The role requires the individual to assess environmental problems in the water & wastewater domain and provide suitable technical solutions. The role involves working across the entire project lifecycle, providing support in defining the methodology, performing design calculations, data interpretation and analysis, conducting site visits, lab analysis of water & wastewater samples, and technical report writing. The candidate will gain hands-on experience in working on various private (industrial) and government projects.
Key Responsibilities:
· Perform systematic problem identification, root-cause analysis, and development of technically sound solutions aligned with project scope and objectives.
· Execute detailed design calculations for water balance assessments and sizing/design of water and wastewater treatment systems
· Develop project methodologies and provide support during site visits, data acquisition and interpretation
· Conduct water and wastewater sampling in accordance with standard protocols, and perform/ support in laboratory analysis
· Support technical studies, report writing, and client presentations
· Ensure robust documentation, project progress monitoring, and timely reporting.
· Work in collaboration with other project team members
· Adhere to project timelines, and commitment to achieving defined targets and deliverables.
Required Qualification:
· Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Environmental Engineering / Environmental Management/Water Resource, or any other relevant qualification
· 3–5 years of relevant experience in water and wastewater planning & designing projects or industrial experience
· Basic understanding of sampling, testing and lab analysis for problem definition would be an added advantage
· Familiarity with MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and software (such as AutoCAD, GIS, Rainwater Harvesting System Design, etc)
Preferred Skills:
· Prior experience/exposure to industrial projects on water audit, water & wastewater system design, and water management planning
· Experience working on government / public sector projects, including familiarity with design, documentation, and compliance requirements
· Working knowledge of Software like AutoCAD, GIS, WATERGEMS, SEWERGEMS, MODFLOW, Rainwater Harvesting System Design
Additional Requirement:
- Candidate should be comfortable with travel. Job involves frequent travel to project sites across India
