Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Project Associate role based in Varanasi. The Project Associate will assist in planning, coordinating, and managing project activities to ensure their successful completion. Responsibilities include conducting comprehensive research, preparing reports, managing project timelines, and ensuring effective communication with stakeholders. The role may also involve assisting in training sessions and monitoring the implementation of project deliverables.

Essential Qualification:

• B.E/ B.Tech in Electrical/ Electronics/ Computer Engineering or any allied branches.

Desirable Skill/ Experience:

• Proficiency in Analytical Skills and Research, with a keen ability to gather, interpret, and present data effectively.
• Strong Communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with teams, stakeholders, and collaborators.
• Experience in delivering or supporting Training initiatives is an advantage.
• Problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and organizational abilities.
• Familiarity with academic or research environments is preferred but not mandatory.
• Experience in simulation/experimentation with power electronic converters/PV arrays, applications of machine learning/deep learning, battery modeling, and SoH/SoC estimation is an advantage.
