📢 We Are Hiring | Project Assistant (Remote)
Architecture / Engineering / Construction (AEC)
We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Project Assistant to support our architectural team in managing projects from concept through construction.
This role is ideal for candidates who excel in coordination, document management, scheduling, and communication within a fast-paced design environment.
🔹 Key Responsibilities
• Project scheduling & timeline tracking
• Drawing transmittals & document control
• Weekly project reporting & meeting coordination
• Contract and financial tracking support
• Construction administration assistance
• Permitting and consultant coordination
• Project closeout and archive management
🔹 Preferred Qualifications
• 1–3 years of experience in an administrative, coordinator, or project support role within the AEC industry
• Familiarity with architectural project phases (SD, DD, CD, CA)
• Experience with tools such as Asana, Smartsheet, Procore, BIM 360, Bluebeam, MS Office, or Google Workspace
• Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills
