Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Project Architect role located in Bengaluru South. The Project Architect will be responsible for designing, planning, and managing residential real estate projects, including apartments and villas. Responsibilities include creating architectural designs, overseeing project execution, ensuring compliance with construction standards, and collaborating with the design and project management teams. The role also involves conducting site visits, coordinating with contractors, and addressing client requirements to ensure high-quality outcomes.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in architectural design, space planning, and technical drawing.
- Experience with software tools like AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Revit.
- Strong project management and site supervision skills.
- Knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and construction techniques.
- Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving abilities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a related field (relevant licensure is a plus).
- Prior experience in residential real estate projects is highly preferred.
