Job Summary
We are looking for a creative and experienced Project Architect (Interior Design) to lead the design and execution of interior design projects from concept development to project delivery. The ideal candidate will possess strong design capabilities, client-facing experience, leadership skills, and expertise in industry-standard design software. This role requires managing multiple projects, coordinating with stakeholders, and ensuring exceptional design outcomes that align with client expectations and business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
● Lead the development of innovative interior design concepts, layouts, space planning, and design solutions.
● Create and present design proposals, mood boards, presentations, and final design concepts to clients.
● Develop detailed drawings, visualizations, and project documentation using industry-standard design software.
● Stay updated with emerging design trends, materials, technologies, and industry best practices.
● Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring effective communication and relationship management.
● Coordinate with internal departments, consultants, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
● Manage project timelines, deliverables, budgets, and quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.
● Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion while meeting client expectations.
● Lead, mentor, and inspire the design team to maintain high levels of creativity and performance.
● Conduct client meetings, understand project requirements, and translate them into practical design solutions.
● Ensure all designs comply with applicable standards, regulations, and project requirements.
Key Requirements
● Diploma/ Degree in Architecture/ Interior Design is mandatory; Master's Degree will be an added advantage.
● 7-8 years of experience in commercial, retail Interior Design projects.
● Excellent understanding of interior design principles, materials, finishes, and space planning.
● Strong creative thinking, visualization, and conceptualization skills.
● Experience in handling client interactions, presentations, and project coordination.
● Excellent communication, leadership, and team management abilities.
● Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
● Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet project deadlines
Preferred Candidate Profile
● Experience leading interior design teams and managing end-to-end project execution.
● Strong portfolio demonstrating commercial, retail, office, hospitality, or residential interior projects.
● Strong client management and stakeholder coordination skills.
● Ability to mentor junior designers and drive design excellence across projects.
