Role: Project Architect
Location: Indore
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture.
- Minimum 5 years of professional architectural experience.
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Microsoft Office.
- Knowledge of building codes, construction detailing, and materials.
- Excellent design, presentation, and visualization skills.
- Strong communication and project management abilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop architectural designs, concepts, and detailed drawings for residential, commercial, or mixed-use projects.- This will be done in the Pune office, he has to do changes/ modifications if any given by EE, CPWD
- Coordinate with structural, MEP, and other consultants to ensure integrated project delivery.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
- Ensure compliance with local building codes, zoning regulations, and safety standards.
- Conduct site visits to monitor construction progress and resolve design-related issues.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand project requirements and provide design solutions.
- Review contractor submittals, shop drawings, and material samples.
- Utilize architectural software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp
