Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Project Architect located in Bangalore Urban. The Project Architect will oversee the design and execution processes of architectural projects, ensure compliance with regulatory standards, and manage project submittals.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in architectural design, planning, and visualization tools
- Experience with project management, including budgeting, scheduling, and team coordination
- Expertise in preparing and reviewing submittals, technical drawings, and documentation
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture
- Professional architectural licensure or certification is highly preferred
- Experience in real estate or construction projects is advantageous
