Role Description We’re looking for an Architect with strong execution and coordination skills to manage production, site execution, and project delivery for premium residential and interior projects.
Key Responsibilities
* Coordinate between Design, Production, Vendors, and Site teams.
* Review architectural and interior drawings before execution.
* Manage production schedules and project timelines.
* Coordinate with Structural, MEP, HVAC, and other consultants.
* Conduct regular site visits to ensure quality and execution standards.
* Monitor fabrication, procurement, and installation progress.
* Resolve site and execution challenges proactively.
* Maintain project documentation and weekly progress reports.
* Track project milestones and ensure timely delivery.
* Support design coordination using Revit and AutoCAD when required.
Requirements
* B.Arch with 2–4 years of experience in Architecture/Interior Execution.
* Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and SketchUp.
* Strong understanding of construction drawings and execution.
* Excellent coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
