We are looking for someone who can take ownership, lead by example, and contribute meaningfully to the growth and delivery standards of the organization.
This role carries significant responsibility within the team and requires complete ownership of projects from design development to execution, while ensuring quality, coordination, timely delivery, and client satisfaction at every stage.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage multiple large-scale projects
independently
• Oversee project execution from inception to completion
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and
internal teams
• Ensure timely release of construction and coordination
drawings
• Maintain quality standards, technical accuracy, and
project timelines
• Mentor and guide junior architects and project teams
• Ensure seamless site coordination and project delivery
Requirements:
• B.Arch / M.Arch
• 10+ years of relevant experience
• Minimum 3 years in a leadership/managerial role
• Strong technical, coordination, and team management skills
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Lumion, and related software
