Job description:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and design-driven Architect with 5 years of professional experience to lead projects from concept to completion of Corporate Real Estate. The ideal candidate should have strong design sensibilities, technical expertise, and the ability to coordinate with consultants and clients effectively.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop office plans and layouts, concepts, presentations, and detailed design drawings
• Prepare working drawings
• Coordinate with MEP, and other consultants
• Conduct site visits and oversee project execution
• Attend client meetings and incorporate feedback into designs
• Prepare BOQs and assist in tender documentation
• Review contractor drawings and resolve site queries
• Maintain project timelines and deliverables
Required Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture
• 5+ years of relevant professional experience
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit (optional), and Adobe Suite
• Strong knowledge of construction detailing and materials
• Experience in handling projects independently
• Good communication and presentation skills
Preferred Skills
• Experience in corporate and retail projects
• Basic understanding of budgeting and cost control
• Ability to lead junior architects and interns
