Role Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Project Architect to lead architectural projects from design to completion. This is a full-time hybrid role based in Salem, Tamil Nadu, with flexibility for some remote work. Key responsibilities include developing architectural designs, preparing and reviewing submittals, managing projects to meet deadlines, ensuring effective team collaboration, and maintaining compliance with environmental design standards.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Architectural software (AutoCAD, Sketchup, Photoshop, Lumion, VRay, Enscape)
- Strong skills in Project Management and Leadership
- Effective communication and team collaboration abilities
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture
- Professional licensing or certification is preferred
- Experience in residential, commercial, or healthcare construction projects is an advantage
